摘要
本文从队伍建设在学科建设中的重要作用入手,提出了队伍建设的总体目标,并结合实例针对学科带头人的重要作用、中青年学术骨干的培养方式、学科人才梯队和创新团队的构建及学科队伍管理机制的完善等方面的关键问题进行了思考,阐释了加强队伍建设是提高重点学科核心竞争力的关键。
This article presents the team building is very important in discipline construction, and puts forward the overall goals of team building. The article think about the important role of the leader, the cultivating way of young and middle-aged backbone, the construction of talented person echelon and innovation team, the improvement of the academic team management mechanism, and combined with the instance. The article illustrates the improvement of core competence is the key to strengthen the team construction.
