摘要
目的:研究苗族药花椒簕Zanthoxylum scandens Blume的化学成分.方法:采用硅胶柱色谱等对花椒簕乙醇提取物进行分离,通过波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定.结果:从苗族药花椒簕中分离了6个化合物,分别鉴定为6,7-二甲氧基-香豆素(1),eudesmin(2),芝麻素(3),N-benzoyl-L-phenylalaninol(4),3β,28-dibydroxylup-20(29) ene(betulin)(5),α-谷甾醇(6).结论:化合物1~5为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Zanthoxylum scandens.Method:The compounds were isolatedfrom the ethanol extract of Z.scandens by silica gel column chromatography etc.Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data.Result:Six compounds were isolatedas 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin (1),eudesmin (2),sesamin (3),N-benzoyl-L-phenylalaninol (4),3β,28-dibydroxylup-20 (29)ene (betulin) (5),3-sitosterol (6).Conclusion:Compounds 1-5 were separated from this plant for the first time.
