3株丛枝菌根真菌对南疆土壤基质栽培桑苗生长的促进作用 被引量:4

Improvement Effects of Three Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungal Strains on Growth of Mulberry Trees Planted in Soil of Southern Xinjiang

摘要 为了提高新疆南部生态修复工程中桑树苗木的移栽成活率和生长速度,用南疆的土壤配制桑苗栽培的营养基质,以3株丛枝菌根真菌(Glomus mosseae BGC XJ07A,Glomus mosseae BGC XJ08A,Glomus versiforme BGC XJ08F)接种1年生桑苗,调查3个菌株对南疆土壤基质中栽培桑苗的侵染能力及营养生长的促进作用。桑苗移栽后180 d,未接种对照组(CK)与接种组的桑苗均可观察到菌根,平均侵染率由高至低依次为XJ08A(68.08%)、XJ08F(63.65%)、XJ07A(50.89%)、CK(38.42%)。3个菌株对桑苗营养生长促进作用排序与侵染率排序一致,以XJ08A对桑苗的营养生长促进作用最明显,桑苗的株高、地径、单株分枝数量、单株总条长、单株叶片数量较对照组分别增加了18.46%、10.96%、110.00%、93.65%、95.46%,地上、地下部分的鲜质量较对照组增加了98.63%、50.49%,主根长、单株一级侧根总长、单株根尖数量、单株根尖总长分别较对照组增加了126.68%、61.08%、51.03%,91.53%,各项检测指标与对照组的差异均达到显著水平。根据试验结果,选择XJ08A菌株作为南疆土地荒漠化地区种植桑树幼苗菌根化处理的优良菌株。 To improve the survival and growth rates of mulberry seedlings transplanted for ecological rehabilitation in southern Xinjiang,the saline soil of southern Xinjiang was used to prepare nutrition substrate for mulberry cultivation,and three strains of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi( Glomus mosseae BGC XJ07 A,Glomus mosseae BGC XJ08 A,and Glomus versiforme BGC XJ08F) were used to inoculate one year old mulberry seedlings. The infection rate of these three arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi to mulberry seedlings and their effects on improving vegetative growth of mulberry seedlings were investigated. Results showed that mycorrhizal infection was visible in both control group( CK) and inoculated groups at180 d after transplanting. The average infection rate was in the order of XJ08A( 68. 08%),XJ08F( 63. 65%),XJ07A( 50. 89%),and CK( 38. 42%). Their improvement effect on mulberry growth presented the same order of infection rate. XJ08 A showed the best improvement effect.Compared to the control group, plant height, basal diameter,branch number per plant,total branch length per plant,and leaf number per plant of the mulberry seedlings in XJ08 A group increased by 18. 46%,10. 96%,110. 00%,93. 65%,and 95. 46% respectively,fresh weight of aerial part and root part increased by98. 63% and 50. 49% respectively,length of taproot,total length of primary lateral roots per plant,number of apical roots per plant,and total length of apical roots per plant increased by 126. 68%,61. 08%,51. 03%,and 91. 53% respectively,all of which showed significant difference over the control group. Based on these results,XJ08 A was selected as an excellent fungal strain to treat mulberry seedlings for establishing arbuscular mycorrhizae in desertification land of southern Xinjiang.
