摘要
在基层医疗卫生机构实行绩效管理,对于完善机构的管理机制和提高其服务效率均具有重要的意义。文章主要介绍了重庆市九龙坡区某镇卫生院实行绩效管理的主要做法,并提出在基层医疗卫生机构进行绩效管理时,首先要根据机构的实际情况,探索建立机构对科室,科室对岗位的二级考核体系;其次要注意考核方法的选择、考核结果的运用以及持续沟通和动态调整等。
It is significant to implement performance management in grass-roots medical institutions for improving their man- agement and efficiency. The practice of performance management in a health center of Jiulongpo District in Chongqing was studied. Based on which, it was suggested that performance assessment system should be established firstly, followed with the selection of performance assessment methods, continuous communication and dynamic readjustment.
