摘要
提出一种通过靶板的数字图像计算穿孔面积的方法;通过为靶板着色,或者为穿孔选择背景颜色,使图像中靶板穿孔部分和未穿孔部分的颜色灰度值和具有明显的区别;拍摄靶板的图像,选择灰度平均值作为灰度阈值,并以是否超过此灰度阈值为条件判定靶板穿孔部分和未穿孔部分;计算靶板穿孔部分和整个靶板的像素总数N和M,则靶板穿孔面积为NSM,其中S为靶板面积;仿真结果证明了方法的可行性及其计算精度。
An algorithm of the impacted sheet perforation area based on image processing is put forward in this paper. By coloring the impacted sheet or choosing the background for the perforation, the grey--levels of the perforation and the impacted sheet in image can become distinctly different. The average of the two grey--levels is regarded as grey threshold and applied to judge if a pixel is from the perforation. Denoting the pixel number of the perforation and the impacted sheet in image by N and M, then the impacted sheet perforation area can beexpressed as NS/M, where S is the actual area of the impacted sheet. A simulation result validates the feasibility and accuracy of the algorithm.
