摘要
中药(单味药、提取物、复方)调节胰岛素抵抗状态脂肪细胞因子分泌功效具有独特优势,可明显改善IR,疗效显著。但其机制尚不明确,有待于进一步深入研究,探明机理与作用途径,以期挖掘更大的临床价值。未来期待以体外培养IR脂肪细胞为研究对象,药物血清为干预措施,运用基因组学、蛋白质组学等方法,寻找特异表达的基因或蛋白,深入探讨,以期阐明其相关机制。
The traditional Chinese medicine （ single herb, extract, compound） has a unique advantage in regulating the function of secreting adipocytokines in insulin resistance state. It can significantly improve insulin resistance and has a remarkable treatment effect. Its mechanism and approach of action is not clear now and needs to be further studied in order to achieve its more clinical value. In the future, we suggest that the research, in which insulin resistance adipocytes act as research objects, serums containing medicine act as factors and the methods like genornics, proteomics and so on are applied, be performed in vitro to search for specific expression genes and proteins. To elucidate its mechanism of action, the specific expression genes and proteins will be studied in depth.
