摘要 目的:调查研究不同高原移居人群返回平原后血生化指标的变化。方法:于2012年3至12月选择移居海拔3700-5380 m 半年以上的男性青年124名返回平原(1400 m)后4 d,分别按年龄、移居高原时间和是否持续移居高原分组比较血生化指标。检测项目包括门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、肌酐(CR)、尿素氮(UN)、尿酸(UA)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(STB)、直接胆红素(SDB)等。结果:纳入汉族男性青年124名,均进入结果分析。与28岁以下组比较,28岁以上组ALT、ALP、STB增高,AST、ALT、UA异常率增高(P〈0.05),与4年以下组比较,4年以上组UA、STB增高,AST异常率增高(P〈0.05,或P〈0.01),间断组较连续组ALT异常率增高(P〈0.05)。结论:高原脱适应者血生化指标指标多项异常,肝脏损害最大,随着年龄增大和高原暴露时间增加指标异常增多,间断高原暴露损害更明显。 To investigate the Changes of some blood biochemical indexes in de-adaptation of people back to low altitude (1 400 m)after exposure to high altitude(from 3 700 m to 5 380 m). From March 2012 to December 2012, 124 male youths who stay at high altitude for more than half year were grouped by age, total times stayed at high altitude and continued exposure or not. Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT),γ-glutamyl transferase (γ-GT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (UN), uric acid (UA), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), serum total bilirubin (STB) and serum direct bilirubin (SDB) were detected after 4 days they back to low altitude. Al the 124 youths were involved in the result analysis. Compared with below 28-year-old group, ALT, ALP STB and abnormal rate of AST, ALT, UA in group above 28-year-old increased(P〈0.05). Compared with below 4 years group, UA, STB and abnormal rate of AST in group above 4 years increased(P〈0.05, or P〈0.01). Compared with continued group, abnormal rate of ALT in non-continued group increased(P〈0.05). The multinomial indexes of blood biochemical are abnormal in de-adaptation of people back to low altitude. The damages to liver are most seriously and the Severity of damages relate to the age and time exposure to high altitude.
