摘要
采用涤纶长丝梭织物为基布、防水透湿PU为涂层胶,制备光敏变色功能涂层材料;研究光敏颜料用量对涂层变色效果、光敏颜料拼色效果的影响,并对光敏变色涂层材料的颜色变化进行表征。结果表明:光敏红MC、光敏蓝SMC与PU涂层胶相容性良好,智能光敏变色涂层纺织材料光敏变色效果明显;随着光敏变色颜料用量的增加,材料颜色深度增加,当颜料用量达到4%后,材料颜色深度变化不再明显。光敏红MC与光敏蓝SMC拼色后,可获得新色谱。
Photochromic fabric is prepared using polyester filament woven fabric as matrix, waterproof and breathable PU as coating glue. The effects of photochromic dye amount on color changes of coating material and color matching of dyes are studied. The color change of photochromic fabric is characterized, The results show that photosensitive Bed MC and photosensitive Blue SMC are compatible with PU coating glue. The photochromic effect of smart photochromic material is obvious. Color depth of material increases with the increase in the photosensitive dye content, and the increasing trend becomes less obvious when dye content above 4%.
