摘要
针对目前我国厚煤层开采方法的现场生产情况,重点论述了大采高、放顶煤开采方法近年来在技术经济上的现状及发展。同时,针对大采高存在的煤壁片帮与设备下滑问题,提出了在开采技术上应该采取的一些有效措施,对近年来发展起来的大采高放顶煤开采技术和研制的两柱式放顶煤液压支架的支护特点及使用情况等,进行了分析研究。文章从开采技术以及设备研制与生产现状等方面对厚煤层开采的采煤方法进行了分析,并根据目前我国厚煤层开采现状及国家的相关技术政策,探讨了厚煤层开采技术与采煤方法的适用条件与选择原则。
Aiming at the production status of thick seam mining methods in China, the paper mainly discussed the status quo and development in technology and economy of mining methods of large mining height mining and top coal caving; proposed effective measures for the problems of rib spalling and equipment gliding in large mining height production; analyzed top coal caving technology and the support features and service conditions of two - legs caving coal hydraulic support, which developed quickly in recent years; studied the mining method of thick coal seam from the view of mining technology, equipment development and production condition; and discussed the application condition and selection principles of thick seam mining technology and method, according to the current situation of thick seam mining and related technology and policy in China.
