摘要
煤泥输送管道的压力分布与多种因素有关,且呈现复杂非线性关系。文章分析了煤泥输送管道压力损失的机理和影响因素,并考虑到煤泥输送管道的压力损失是剪切应力和摩擦阻力共同作用的结果,建立了水平直管、倾斜管道和垂直管道的压力分布模型。测试结果表明,该模型能较准确的计算出煤泥输送管道的压力分布。
The pressure distribution of slime transportation pipeline is related to many factors, which presents complicated nonlinear relationship. The mechanism and influence factors of the pressure loss in slime transportation pipeline were analyzed. Pressure distribution models of horizontal straight pipeline, inclined pipeline and vertical pipeline were established, considering that the pressure loss of slime transportation pipeline was the outcome of combined action of shear stress and friction resistance. The test results show that the model can accurately calculate the pressure distribution of slime transportation pipeline.
