摘要
农业补贴是一国政府农业政策体系中最主要、最常用的政策工具,是政府通过行政手段,干预资源转移到农业领域,以支持本国农业的发展。结合实地调查,在对黑龙江省粮食补贴政策的实施现状描述的基础上,主要从积极效应和存在问题两方面对黑龙江省粮食补贴政策的实施效应进行剖析,同时提出了相应的完善对策。
Agricultural subsidy is a goverment agricultural policy system of a country,the most commomly used in the main policy tool,is the goverment through adminisrative means,intervention resources transferred to the agricultural esctor,to support the development of its agriculture.In this paper,field surveys is used in Heilongjiang province food subsidy policy on the status.After the the basis described on implementation,this paper mainly surveyed both the positive effects and problems of food subsidies in Heilongjiang Province,and analyze the effects of policy implementation,while proposed the corresponding improvement measures.
