适合快速通车的环保型水泥基灌浆材料性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了满足道路半刚性基层隐含裂缝的灌浆要求,研究了一种快硬硫铝酸盐水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥复配的水泥基灌浆材料;同时辅以减水剂对不同配合比灌浆材料的灌浆特性进行了研究。结果表明,得到15min内流动性好、30min达到初凝、2h内强度增长快的水泥基灌浆材料的最佳配合比为水泥∶水∶减水剂=1∶0.35∶0.015,其中快硬硫铝酸盐水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥的比值为0.5625,AS氨基磺酸系减水剂与FDN萘系减水剂1:1复合使用。 In order to meet the grouting requirement of the concealed crack in road base, characteristics of grouting for the grouting materials including water reducer of different proportion of mixture are researched. The results show that the optimum mixture ratio of the cement based grouting material is cement, water, water reducer =1∶0.35∶0.35. The cement based grouting material has good liquidity within 15 minutes, achieves initial setting in 30 minutes and has quickly increasing strength within 2 hours. The ratio of the sulphoaluminate cement and Portland cement of the grouting materials is0.5625∶1. The water reducer ratio of the AS amino sulfonic acid-based and FDN naphthalene formaldehyde is 1:1.
