氮杂冠醚与烟酸构筑的铜化合物

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of the Copper Complex Based on Aza-crown Ether containing Nicotinic acid

摘要 借助阴离子的配位作用进行分子自组装,设计合成一维链状超分子结构的铜配位化合物.其结构经X射线单晶衍射进行表征,结果表明该晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数a=8.400(5),b=14.093(5),c=18.257(5);a=93.517(5),β=97.787(5),γ=98.029(5);Z=2,V=2113.3(16)3,Dc=1.484mg/m3,F(000)=984,R1=0.0546,wR2=0.1711.该配合物分子之间通过氢键形成一维无限链状结构. A novel 1D chain supramolecular copper coordination polymer has been designed and synthesized based on the coordination ability of nicotinic acid. The crystal structure of the compound was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The results revealed that it belongs to triclinic system,space group P-1 with a=8.400(5)A°,b=14.093(5)A°,c=18.257(5)A°;a=93.517(5)A°,β=97.787(5)A°,γ=98.029(5)A°;Z=2,V=2113.3(16)A°^3,Dc=1.484mg/m^3,F(000)=984,R1=0.0546,wR2=0.1711. The complex shows a 1D chain in the packing structure through hydrogen bonding.
