摘要
为了通过专利技术转移研究专利权人之间的合作关系,选取欧洲专利局数据库作为数据来源,对美国胰岛素领域近30年间发生技术转移最多的前17位核心权利人进行了分析,计算专利转移的次数,构建核心权利人矩阵,利用多维尺度分析进行聚类,发现权利人之间的关系。研究发现,美国胰岛素专利的转移次数基本符合布拉德福文献分布定律;专利申请在1~4年间发生转移的概率较高,具有较高的经济价值;丹麦NOVO NORDISK A/S的转移次数居于首位,说明该公司在胰岛素领域占主导地位。
From the perspective of patent technology transfer,this paper researches the potential cooperation between patentees.According to the European Patent Office database,this paper gives analysis of 17 core patentees in the area of insulin in America in the past 30 years from counting the number of patent transfer,building the core patentees matrix,using multidimensional-scaling clustering analysis and discovers the relationship between patentees.It is suggested that the transfer number distribution agrees with Bradford's law of scattering.The patent is more prone to be transferred during 1 ~ 4 years period after patent application and has higher economic value.Concerning the number of patent transfer,NOVO NORDISK A /S is the top company,which illustrates the company's dominant position in the field of insulin.
