摘要
介绍了电力电子与电力牵引的发展历程,分析了电力电子与电气牵引协同发展的内在联系,指出电力电子的发展推动了电气牵引技术的创新与进步,同时电气牵引的更高应用要求也推动了电力电子技术的发展。具体阐述了IGBT以及基于碳化硅(SiC)材料的新一代功率器件的发展及应用。
Development course of power electronics technology and electrical traction was introduced. Inner relationship between power electronics technology and electrical traction synergy development was analyzed. It was indicated that development of power electronics technology promoted innovation of electrical traction technology, while more advanced application requirement promoted power electronics technology improvement too. Development and application of IGBT and novel power device based on SiC was expounded in detail.
