摘要
通过适量添加石英砂、超细高岭土、气相二氧化硅等填料来改善植筋胶的综合性能、降低成本、防止原料分层。为了更好地解决钢筋焊接所产生的热量对胶性能的影响,除了提高胶的耐热性外,通过加入高导热性能的材料来提高胶体的导热系数,以便能够更快地将焊接产生的热量传递出去,从而减小对植筋效果的影响。
By means of adding proper amount of quartz sand,super-fine kaolin,fumed silica as filler to improve thecomprehensive performance of adhesive,reduce cost,and prevent the material stratification. In order to better solve the effect ofheat produced by steel bar welding on the adhesive properties,in addition to improve the heat resistance of adhesive, the thermalconductivity of the adhesive was also improved by adding a high thermal conductivity material, so that the heat by welding can bequickly released to reduce its influence on reinforcement planting effect.
