血清促红细胞生成素水平测定对血液病诊断的临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的 研究血清促红细胞生成素（EPO）水平测定对血液病的诊断意义.方法 选取2009 年1 月～ 2012 年10 月的50 例血液病患者资料进行回顾性分析,将50 例患者作为观察组,另选同期50 例健康者作为对照组,检测观察组及对照组血清EPO 水平,并记录加以统计分析.结果观察组中患者的血清EPO 水平和对照组健康者比较明显偏高,差异具有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）.结论 血液病患者血清EPO 水平显著高于健康人群,在对血液病患者进行临床诊断时,需要检测患者血清EPO 水平,为患者的病情判断提供参考.
