HPLC法测定海藻多糖空心胶囊中不同价态铬的含量 被引量:5

摘要 为了深入研究海藻多糖空心胶囊中是否含有铬元素以及铬元素的价态,采用EDTA与三价态铬螯合、HPLC法,测定了海藻多糖空心胶囊中三价态铬、六价态铬的含量。色谱柱为Thermo Dionex IonPacTMCS5A(4μm×250 mm)柱,流动相为10 mmol/L无水硫酸钠溶液,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为242 nm。在所建立的方法中,三价态铬和六价态铬分离良好。线性范围为0.2-40.0μg/mL,Cr(Ⅲ)线性方程为A=3.96×104c-1.78×104(r=0.999 1,n=8);Cr(Ⅵ)线性方程为A=1.00×105c+2.97×104(r=0.999 5,n=8),平均回收率分别为98.3%、98.7%。本方法适用于同时测定海藻多糖空心胶囊中三价态铬和六价态铬的含量。 To investigate whether the element chromium exsist in carrageenan vacant capsules and the valence ofehrominum, EDTA was used to chelate trivalent chromium, and HPLC was used to detect the content of trivalentand hexavalent chromium in carrageenan vacant capsule with Thermo Dionex IonPacTMCS5A (4 μm x 250 mm)column, the mobile phase of 10 mmol/L anhydrous sodium sulfate solution, the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and thedetection wavelength of 242 nm. In this method, trivalent chromium and hexavelent chromium were separated. Thelinear range was 0. 2-40 Ixg/mL, Cr (Ⅲ) linear equation was A = 3.96 x 104c - 1.78 X 104( r = 0. 9991, n = 8) ;Cr(VI) linear equation was A = 1.00 x 105c + 2. 97 x 104( r = 0. 9995, n = 8), and the average recoveries were98.3%, 98.7%, respectively. It suggested that this method was suitable for determination of content of trivalentand hexavalent chromium in earrageenan vacant capsules.
