摘要
随着国家环保标准的不断提高,SCR烟气脱硝技术因其技术成熟、脱硝效率高将会得到更为广泛的应用。以上海外高桥第二发电厂脱硝工程为例,介绍了SCR脱硝技术的原理和工艺流程,并针对SCR脱硝系统氨需量的计算控制不合理的部分提出优化方案,使氨需量的计算更趋合理,SCR脱硝控制系统稳定性增强。
Being mature and high efficiency,SCR( Selective Catalyst Reduction) De- NOx technology will be put to use widely with continuous improvement of national environmental standards. It narrates theory and technical procedure of SCR De- NOx system based on De- NOx project of Shanghai Waigaoqiao NO. 2 Power Plant. Optimizing method for unreasonable part of SCR control system makes calculation of ammonia- requirement more logical and SCR control system steadier.
