摘要 定量安全风险分析软件PHAST是可以对工程实施后果进行计算分析的一种软件,可以通过软件计算分析得出各种火灾、爆炸后果,并进行风险排序。在海外油田消防设计应用中,利用该软件模拟计算了着火罐发生火灾情况时,热辐射对相邻罐的影响范围,确定了在火灾情况下相邻罐无需进行消防冷却,该软件为在计算消防冷却水水量及强度时确定是否考虑相邻罐的冷却喷淋保护提供了有力的设计依据。 PHAST is a kind of quantitative risk evaluation software, which can be used to calculate and analyze the risk of project construction. All kinds of fire and explosion aftermath can be predicated through the software calculation; meanwhile, the risk priority number could also be gotten. In the fire fighting design for an oversea oilfield, the heat radiation of burning oil tank and its affect distance to adjacent oil tank in case of fire were simulated and calculated by the said software, the results indicated that, as the distance between the two oil tanks was far enough, there was no need to cool the adjacent oil tank for fire protection in a fire situation. The said software provided a powerful basis for the discussion that whether or not fire fighting spray cooling water demand and intensity for adjacent tanks protection should be considered when designing fire fighting system for oilfield.
