摘要
以内含防静电粒子丙烯酸系胶粘剂(OCA)为基础,添加多官能团丙烯酸酯低聚物(TMPTM A),2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(1173光引发剂)及苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯交联剂(XDI),制成UV光固化剥离型PSA胶带,考查了低聚物、光引发剂、交联剂的用量对胶带性能的影响,结果显示,ω(TMPTMA)=20%,ω(1173光引发剂)=6%,ω(XDI)=4%,干胶厚度15 μm制成的胶带性能优异,前期粘着力高,经UV照射后粘着力低,易剥离,无污染,满足玻璃基材等透明材料的特殊加工工艺要求。
With the acrylic adhesive containing anti-static particles as the main material, trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTMA) as the oligomer, 2-hydroxy-2-methylpropiophenone(1173) as the photoinitiator, xlylene diisocyanate (XDI) as the crosslinker and toluene as the solvent, a solvent-based acrylate PSA was prepared.And the influences of oligomer, photoinitiator and crosslinker were investigated on the PSA’s performances. The results showed that the PSA had good combination property and met the application requirements of transparent materials processing like glass,its initial adhesion was strong, and after UV-curing it had lower adhesion and no pollution and was easy peeling,when the contents bu weight of TMPTMA, photoinitiator 1173 and XDI were 20%, 6% and 4%, respectively,and the thickness of dry adhesive coat was 15 um.
