摘要 应用SolidWorks Flow Simulation对一款乳化头4个不同转子结构进行了CFD分析,通过仿真计算,直观地获得了釜内不同乳化头周围的流体速度分布云图和流线轨迹;通过粒子示踪法,模拟了制胶物料在乳化头作用下的分布状态;最后在乳化头出料口外定距设定一草绘面获取该面上的平均速度,以定量预测对比不同转子结构的乳化效果。通过CFD分析,可从4个方案中选择最佳结构,达到优化转子的目的。 The software solidWorks Flow Simulation was applied to analyze the dispersion effects of four rotors with different structure for the same emulsifying head.By means of simulating calculation the pictures of flow velocity distributions and streamline trajectories were intuitively obtained to show the flow conditions around the emulsifying head inside the reactor. Through the particle tracking method,the distribution state of adhesive materials under the action of emulsifying head was simulated.Finally, a sketch was set outside the emulsifying head by a quantified distance,the mean velocity for the four rotor structures was obtained and the emulsifying results of the rotors were quantitatively predicted. The appropriate structure can be screened out from the four structures, so that the structure of rotor can be optimized via CFD technology.
