摘要
本文采用不同的风冷频率对奥氏体化后的钢丝进行冷却处理,研究不同的冷却速度对钢丝组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着风冷频率的增大,钢丝的强度和断面收缩率增大,原因是冷速增大时,珠光体的片层间距和团尺寸均减小;而延伸率降低,是由钢丝由表及里冷速不同,从而导致片层组织不均匀引起。
Using different air - cooled frequency to cool the steel wire with austenitized, research the the influence of different cooling rate on microstructure and properties of steel wire. The results show that strength and reduction of area of the steel wire increase as the air - cooled frequency increase. This is because the'lamellar spacing and colony size of pearlite decrease while the cooling rate increasing. While the lamellar spacing uneven as the cooling speed of steel wire is different from outside to inside, the elongation decreased.
