摘要
李晓惠教授认为再生障碍性贫血以精气内夺为病理基础,病位关于五脏,主要在脾肾,瘀血是重要病理产物,治疗应以补肾为第一要则,兼顾脾胃,适时加用养血活血之品。结合其多年临床实践,李老师拟定治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的基本方——血复生汤,配合西药治疗,改善患者临床症状及预后。
Professor LI proposed that the pathological basis of aplastic anemia is lack of vital essence. Root of this disease lay in the five internal organs, especially spleen and kidney and blood stasis was the major consequence. Tonifying kidney should be the key to the treatment,meanwhile spleen and stomach should also be taken care of and tonics that nourish blood and promote blood circulation should be applied at appropriate time. Benefiting from his clinical practice for years, professor LI worked out the basic prescription to treat chronic aplastic anemia--blood production decoction, which alleviates the clinical symptoms and improves prognosis of the patients when combined with western medicine.
