摘要
目的:研究中药汤剂安慰剂的制备方法,并观察其临床应用效果。方法:以"麻杏甘石汤"方为例,通过正交试验、人工评分方法初步确定制备工艺,进一步由临床人员从外观、颜色、口感方面评分,统计分析,验证制备方法可行性。结果:所制中药汤剂安慰剂与小儿感冒方在口感上有一定差异,外观、颜色基本一致,临床双盲实验应用过程中无破盲现象。结论:本方法用于中药汤剂安慰剂的制备可行,但评价方法及质控标准方面还有待进一步提高。
Objective: To study the preparation of herbal medicine decoction placebo and observe the clinical efficacy. Methods : Taking Maxing Ganshi Decoction as the example, the preparation technology was at first determined through orthogonal experiment and artificial score and further tested in clinical from appearance, eolour and taste. Results:The herbal medicine placebo was different from the testing drug in taste, but was parallel in the appearance and color. And there was no exposed case in the operation of double -blind clinical trials. Conclusion:The technology is practicable in the preparation of herbal medicine decoction placebo and the evaluation method and quality control need further imnrovement.
