摘要
以三聚氰胺、甲醛为原料制得的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为消粘剂,以改性聚丙酰胺为凝聚剂,开发出一种能用于油性漆喷涂房循环水处理的新型高效漆雾凝聚剂.通过漆雾凝聚剂合成工艺的正交实验,确定了该漆雾凝聚剂最佳反应物质量比、反应温度和反应时间等因素.在制备过程中通过加入阻聚剂对三聚氰胺甲醛树脂进行改性,能够有效地提高稳定时间.改性之后漆雾凝聚剂的漆渣去除率能达到88.87%,存储时间也能达到180d左右,能满足生产以及运输要求.
The coating mist coagulant was composed of A and B agent .A agent was synthesised from melamine and formaldehyde in the optimal temperature which was determined by the orthogonal experi-ment .B agent was aqueous solution of polyacrylamide .In order to choose the best ratio of quality and time of the reaction ,the orthogonal experiment was also applied to confirm them .Because of the modification of Inhibitor ,the settling time of coating mist coagulant had made some progress ,which could meet the de-mand of production and transportation .The removing rate of paint mists was 88 .87% and the settling time was about 90 days after the modification .
