摘要
为解决矿井"三下"压煤量大的问题,通过采用连续采煤机回采"三下"压煤,在介绍连续采煤机及配套设备、连续采煤机短壁开采工艺的基础上,针对四台煤矿东翼采区的压煤块段分布不规则等特点,采用以连续采煤机为主的间断运输式配套设备与开采工艺回采该区段煤炭资源,根据该配套设备及回采工艺的特点和采区地质条件,优化了采区巷道布置方式,并确定了工作面主要回采设备为连续采煤机、梭车、破碎机、四臂锚杆机,通过在四台煤矿东翼采区应用结果表明:巷道月均进尺约1 000 m,月均出煤约4.5万t,采区回采率35%~45%。连续采煤机在四台煤矿的成功应用,为类似条件矿井回采边角煤、"三下"压煤提供了良好的借鉴。

Continuous mining machine application in Sitai Mine provided good reference for mines with boundary coal and "under-three" pressed coal.
