摘要
通过正交试验对有柄石韦中黄酮类成分分离纯化工艺进行研究,为有柄石韦的深入开发利用提供基础材料。以黄酮得率为指标,通过单因素和正交试验,对有柄石韦中多糖提取的工艺参数进行优化。在黄酮纯化中影响因素的大小顺序为:萃取溶剂>萃取次数>溶剂用量>萃取时间。有柄石韦中黄酮分离纯化的最佳工艺参数组合为:萃取溶剂为正丁醇,萃取时间30 min,溶剂的量为200 mL,萃取4次。实验验证该工艺可行,稳定。
The purification of flavonoids from Pyrrosia petiolosa (Christ) Ching was studied through or- thogonal experiment, and this will provide a basis material for further development and utilization. The purification process parameters for flavonoids were optimized by the single factor and the orthogonal exper- iment. The factors were as follows : extraction solvent 〉 extraction times 〉 solvent dosage 〉 extraction time. The optimum conditions were : extraction solvent is n-butanol, extraction time is 30 min, the amount of sol- vent is 200 mL, extracted four times. The method is proved to be stable and feasible.
