摘要
基于嵌入式技术、网络通信技术以及智能技术的最新成果,提出了嵌入式智能化、模块化、网络化数控系统,并对其整体架构、各智能模块的功能与作用以及所采用的总线技术进行了阐述。利用嵌入式技术来设计该系统,能够达到模块化、智能化、网络化的效果及有效地提升系统的性价比,且能充分利用系统的资源,方便扩展,具有重构架构,同时能很好地实现远程监控,对智能数控系统的研究具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the embedded technology,network communication technology and intelligent technology to the latest achievements,the embedded intelligent,modular,networked CNC system was put forward,and the overall structure and each intelligent module of function,effect and the bus technology in application were elaborated. By using the embedded technology to the design of the system,the effect of module,intelligent and network could be achieved,and the cost performance of the system effectively improved. The system resources could be fully used and expanded in convenience,with reconstruction of architecture. At the same time, it can achieve a very good remote monitoring,and have a certain reference value to research on intelligent CNC system.
