大力发展职业教育,必须以不断提高教学质量为前提和保证。要提高职业教育的教学质量,必须做到:深化课程教学改革、建立与产业结构相吻合的专业设置与退出机制、完善教育质量评价体系、加快"双师型"教师队伍的培养等。
