摘要
研究了用零价铁从模拟含铀溶液中去除铀,考察了几种因素对除铀的影响,探讨了除铀反应机制。试验结果表明:用零价铁去除溶液中的铀在技术上是可行的,在零价铁足够多且维持适宜还原性条件下,大部分UO2+2在零价铁表面还原沉淀为难以再溶解迁移的UO2,少量UO2+2吸附或共沉淀到零价铁溶蚀产物上;零价铁粒径为0.28~2.5 mm、溶液pH<3条件下,铀的还原沉淀容易发生。
Removing of uranium in simulated uranium-contained solution using zero-valent iron (ZVI) was researched .The effect of some factors on removing of uranium were examined .And the reaction mechanism was discussed .The results show that removing of uranium in solution using ZVI is feasible .If ZVI is enough at appropriate reduction conditions ,the most of UO2+2 can be precipitated at the surface of ZVI and form non-dissolvable UO2 ,only a small amount of UO2+2 is adsorbed or coprecipitated on iron corrosion products .When the particles diameter of ZVI is 0 .28 -2 .5 mm and the pH of solution is less than 3 ,the uranium in solution precipitates easily .
