摘要
对超临界CO2萃取花生壳中木犀草素的工艺条件进行响应曲面法优化探讨。建立了有关木犀草素提取二次多项式回归模型,确定最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力为33.6 MPa,分离压力为11.72 MPa,CO2流速为6.38 L/h;在此条件下,木犀草素提取的综合评价指标Z%(为木犀草素含量(X%)与得率(Y%)的算术平均值)为9.30%,与预测结果吻合。并与传统溶剂提取法进行比较,超临界CO2萃取工艺的综合评价指标Z%为乙醇回流法的2.4倍,木犀草素提取率由51.2%提高到87.8%。
The supercritical fluid CO2 extraction parameters for extracting luteolin from peanut hull in response surface methodology experimental design were studied. A regression equation with high reliability was obtained, and the technology parameters were optimized by the equation. The optimized parameters for extracting luteolin from peanut hull with supercritical fluid CO2 are extraction pressure 33.6 MPa, separation pressure 11.72 MPa, CO2 flow rate 6.38 L/h. Under the optimized conditions, The extraction comprehensive evaluation index Z% (Z% is the arithmetic average of the content (X%) of luteolinand yield (Y%)) was 9.30%. The results showed the model fitted well the experimental data and the model was feasible. Compared with traditional solvent extraction method, the comprehensive evaluation index of supercritical CO2 extraction technology is 2.4 times of ethanol refluxing. The luteolin extraction rate was increased from 51.2% to 87.8%.
