摘要
目的探究鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效。方法选择邵东县人民医院自2009年1月～2011年6月收治的116例鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者,对其实施鼻内镜手术,术后随访1年。结果治愈患者71例（61.2%）,好转患者37例（31.9%）,无效患者8例（6.9%）,总有效率93.1%（108/116）。术后主要并发症为鼻腔黏连,其中中鼻甲与鼻腔外侧壁黏连31例,筛窦腔黏连封闭19例,中鼻甲与鼻中隔黏连7例,下鼻甲与鼻中隔黏连5例。并发症总发生率为53.4%（62/116）。结论鼻内镜下鼻窦炎、鼻息肉手术治疗疗效显著,且术后正确处理鼻中隔及中下鼻甲,同时定期随访可有效增加有效率,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the efifcacy of endoscopic sinus surgery for sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods Selected 116 cases of patients with sinusitis, nasal polyps, its implementation endoscopic sinus surgery, patients were followed up for 1 year. Results 71 cases of patients were cured （61.2%）, 37 cases of patients were improved （31.9%）, 8 cases of patients were invalid （6.9%）, the total efifciency was 93.1%（108/116）. The main complications of nasal adhesions,which 31 cases of patients were the middle turbinate and the lateral nasal wall adhesions, 19 cases of patients were ethmoid cavity adhesions closed, 7 cases of patients were middle turbinate and nasal adhesions, 5 cases of patients were inferior turbinate and nasal adhesions. The overall incidence of complications was 53.4%（62/116）. Conclusion Endoscopic sinusitis, nasal polyps surgery has a significant effect, and after proper treatment of the nasal septum and the inferior turbinate, and regular follow-up can effectively increase efifciency, reduce the incidence of complications.
