摘要
在长距离输水管线中,当事故停泵时,管路会产生负压,甚至出现汽化和液注分离,如果不采取合理的防护措施会导致管线的破坏。根据气液两相水锤计算模型,结合某长距离输水工程水力过渡过程数值模拟计算,利用空气阀和单向调压塔联合作用,并配合泵后阀门2阶段关闭的防护技术,有效地控制了管线的水锤压力。
In long-distance water pipelines, the negative pressure, even column separation, easily happen when the pump power outages due to an accident. If there are no reasonable protective measures in the system, the waterhammer will lead to the destruction of the pipeline. Based on the air-liquid two phase water hammer model.By the hydraulic transient calculation of practical long- distance watersupply project, the paper present that the combination of air valve and one-way surge tank with valve two stage closed can solve the Pump-stopping water hummer.
