摘要
中海炼化惠州炼化分公司常减压装置原按照加工100%蓬莱19-3型高酸重质原油设计,蓬莱原油密度大于940 kg/m3。第一运行周期的实际生产过程中,由于原油资源的限制,致使装置不得不掺炼部分轻质油种。在掺炼品质较轻的原油后,出现常压塔塔顶负荷较大,常顶压力较高,成为装置的生产瓶颈。为解决常压塔负荷不能适应原油性质变化,提出了原油适应性改造项目,达到预期效果。
The Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) in CNOOC Huizhou is designed for processing 100% Penglai 19-3 highly-acidic heavy crude oil. Penglai crude oil density is greater than 940 kg/m3. A slight number of light oil has to be mixed and smelted in CDU as a result of the limitation of the crude oil resources during the first operation cycle. The Atmospheric Distillation Tower works with high load and high pressure on its top after being blended the light oil, which becomes the bottlenecks in the production of CDU. The crude oil applicability alteration project is put forward in order to solve the problem of the Atmospheric Distillation Tower’s inadaptability to the changing of crude oil property and address several daily operation bottlenecks.
