2014年北京国际田联挑战赛男子跳远运动员李金哲关键运动技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 研究李金哲在2014年北京国际田径挑战赛中的关键运动技术参数表现。1)李金哲在本次比赛中6次试跳的真实成绩为8.26±0.13m;6次试跳最后2步的平均速度为10.72±0.09 m/s;6次试跳最大速度平均值达到11.08±0.10 m/s;助跑最大速度达到11.20m/s。2)6次试跳倒2步步长平均值为2.42±0.08 m,倒1步步长平均值为2.39±0.07m,与世界级优秀运动员相比,倒1步步长与世界级优秀运动员之间的差异显著性较大(P<0.001),而倒2步步长无显著性差异(P>0.05)。3)6次试跳犯规频次占总试跳的50%,踏板精度平均为5.50±13.56cm,踏板的稳定性差。4)踏板瞬间的平均速度为10.36±0.13m/s,起跳瞬间的水平速度平均值为9.56±0.11m/s,起跳瞬间垂直速度平均值为3.35±0.21m/s。5)起跳角度平均值为19.50°±1.22°,最大值为21°,最小值为18°,显著性小于世界级优秀运动员(P<0.05)。6)起跳腿膝关节在踏板瞬间的角度平均值为154.38°±7.75°,在身体直立瞬间为158.08°±6.53°,在起跳瞬间为157.55°±4.25°,与世界级优秀运动员相同。7)身体质心最低点发生在倒1步腾空阶段,平均值为0.92±0.01 m。踏板瞬间身体质心高度平均值为0.96±0.02m,离板瞬间身体质心高度平均值为1.13±0.05m。李金哲在本次比赛中助跑最大速度能力、后2步助跑平均速度能力、踏板速度和起跳速度能力、助跑和起跳瞬间起跳腿、摆动腿的角度均达到或超过世界级优秀运动员的水平,这是李金哲跳远成绩优秀的决定因素。但相比而言,李金哲助跑倒1步步长较大,踏板精度较差,起跳垂直速度较低并导致起跳角度偏小,这是李金哲今后改进和提高个人运动技术应注意的重要问题。 This paper studied the key technique parameters of LI Jin-zhe who took part in the competition in IAAF world challenge in China Beijing in 2014.The result showed that 1)LI Jin-zhe got his average distance value of 6attempts reality result was 8.26±0.13m;the last two strides average speed value of his 6attempts was 10.72±0.09m/s;it is significant difference between his speed and the current world-class'(P〈0.01);and his approach maximum speed average value of 6attempts was 11.08±0.10m/s;His approach maximum speed was 11.20m/s;2)His 2-last strides' average value was 2.42±0.08 m,and his 1-last strides' average value was 2.39±0.07 m,there wasn't significant difference between these two strides.But the 1-last stride was smaller than the world-class' s(P〈0.001).3)there were three times falling to touch down board in 6attempts,its proportion was 50%,his touching down board was too bad.4)The average value velocity of the touch-board instant of his 6attempts was 10.36±0.13m/s,and the average value horizontal velocity of the take-off instant of his 6attempts was 9.56±0.11m/s,and the average value vertical velocity of the take-off instant of his 6attempts was 3.35±0.21m/s.these data were same as the worldclass athletes,and no significant difference between he and the current world-class' average value.5)The average value of take-off angle of his 6attempts was 19.50°±1.22°,the maximum value of take-off angle was 21°,and the minimum of take-off angle was 18°,it is significant difference lower than the current world-class athletes(P〈0.05).6)The average value of take-off leg in touch-down instant was 154.38°±7.75°,and the average value of take-off leg in upright instant was158.08±6.53?,and the average value of take-off leg in take-off instant was 174.38°±7.75°.these data were same as the world-class level.7)The lowest average value of CM height was 0.92±0.01 m during the 1-last stride;the average value of CM92 height was 0.96±0.02 m in the touch-down board instant,and the average value of CM height was 1.13±0.05 min the take-off instant.Conclusion:LI Jin-zhe is one of the best man's long jumper in the world,his long jump ability arrived the top level in the world in this year.His maximum approach speed,and the average velocity value of the last two stride,and the speed in the touch-down instant,and the speed in the take-off instant were one of the best and fastest of the world-class level.and his lead leg and take-off leg technique were same good as the world-class.These are good technique abilities for him.but his take-off angle was lower than the world-class,and his touch-down board ability was not accuracy,and his 1-last stride was much longer than the world-class,and he should low his CM height during the 1-last stride.If he could improve his technique,he must get the better result in the future.
