摘要
采用可逆加成断裂链转移(RAFT)自由基共聚制备了一系列具有温敏荧光特性的侧链含二苯乙炔基团的P(NIPAM-co-NPEPAM)共聚物,用紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和红外光谱对共聚物结构进行了表征。所合成的P(NIPAMco-NPEPAM)共聚物的数均分子量在4万左右,分子量分布在1.4以下,分布较窄,共聚物中NPEPAM单元的含量高于共聚反应投料比。P(NIPAM-co-NPEPAM)共聚物是一类具有LCST温度的温敏性聚合物,其LCST随着共聚物中NPEPAM含量的增加而降低。变温荧光研究表明,P(NIPAM-co-NPEPAM)共聚物的发光波长和强度在29℃附近发生突变,具有温度"开/关"的荧光特性。
Tolan-containing P(NIPAM-co NPEPAM)copolymer with temperature sensitive fluorescent properties was prepared by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)radical copolymerization, and the structure of co- polymer was characterized by UV,1H NMR and FT-IR spectroscopy. Number-average molecular weight of as-synthesized copolymer was about 40000 Dalton with narrow molecular weight distribution below 1.4. The content of NPEPAM unit in copolymer was larger than feed ratio. The copolymer was a kind of thermosensitive polymers with a lower critical solution temperature(LCST)and the LCST of the copolymer decreased with the increase of the NPEPAM content in the copolymer. The temperature dependent fluorescent spectra showed that the fluorescent wavelength and intensity of copolymer changed rapidly,which endowed the copolymer with temperature "on / off" fluorescence properties.
