摘要
采用两步高温固相合成法制备锂离子电池正极复合材料LiFePO4/C复合材料。经300℃预培烧及后续高温培烧原材料,高温焙烧温度分别为600℃、650℃、700℃时,均得到了纳米尺寸的LiFePO4/C复合材料。在高温焙烧温度为650℃时,X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明,所得到的LiFePO4/C样品无杂质产生、峰型完好且结晶良好;扫描电镜(SEM)测试结果表明,所得材料的纯度较高、颗粒较小,无团聚现象。电化学性能测试结果表明培烧温度为650℃时,材料具有最好的电化学性能,电池的充放电循环性能最好。
LiFePO4/ C Lithium-ion battery anode composites were prepared by two-step high temperature solid- phase synthesis,after pre-roasting at 300℃ and subsequent high temperature roasting to the raw materials. High-tempera- ture roasting temperatures were 600℃, 650℃, 700℃. When the high temperature roasting temperature was 650℃, X-ray diffraction(XRD) results showed that the composites had no impurities, the peak was intact and well crystallized. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)results showed that the resulting materials had higher purity, smaller particle size and without agglomeration. Electrochemical performance test Results showed that when roasting temperature 650℃, the material had the best electrochemical performance,charge and discharge performance cycle of the battery was best.
