多官能团化棉花秸秆吸附剂的制备及其Cu^(2+)、Ni^(2+)的吸附研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用经酒石酸和三氯氧磷酯化改性的棉花秸秆吸附废水中的Cu2+和Ni 2+,研究了不同吸附条件(如:温度、pH值、吸附剂用量、吸附时间)对吸附效果的影响。改性棉花秸秆对Cu2+、Ni 2+的吸附受pH影响较大,受温度影响较小,在优化的吸附条件下,改性棉花秸秆对Cu2+、Ni 2+的吸附容量分别达9.78、1.65mg/g。棉花秸秆对Cu2+、Ni 2+的吸附过程均遵循拟二级反应动力学方程。 Abstract Esterrification of cotton stalks by citric acid and phosphorus oxychloride was carried out to prepare a novel adsorbent for the removal of Cu( Ⅱ )and N i(Ⅱ )from waste water. The influences of temperature, p H, adsorbent dose and contact time on the adsorptive removal of C:u( Ⅱ )and Ni( Ⅱ)by cotton stalks containing multiple functional groups were investigated by batch adsorption experiments. The adsorption of Cu( Ⅱ )and Ni(Ⅱ )onto modified cotton stalks was greatly influenced by pH ,while slightly affected by temperature. The uptake capacity of modified cotton stalks was found to be 9. 78mg/g for Cu(Ⅱ)and 1.65mg/g for Ni(Ⅱ)under the optimized conditions. The adsorption process was well described by pseudo-second-order adsorption kinetics model.
