草原红牛原料乳品质分析

摘要 以草原红牛原料乳为研究对象,分析了泌乳期、胎次和饲养方式对草原红牛乳品质的影响。结果表明,泌乳期、胎次和饲养方式均对草原红牛乳的品质有显著影响(P<0.05)。种牛基地饲养、泌乳前期、二胎草原红牛乳的干物质质量分数较高。将草原红牛乳与荷斯坦牛乳进行对比分析,发现草原红牛乳的常规成分、氨基酸和脂肪酸组成均优于荷斯坦牛乳。可以说,草原红牛乳是高营养价值的优质乳。 The effects of different periods of lactation, fetal times and feeding manners on the quality of raw milk of Red steppe were analyzed, and all these factors showed significant effects(P〈0.05). The dry matter contents of raw milk of Red steppe in feeding bases, during early lactation or in the second parity were higher. By comparing the milk of Red steppe with Holstein cattle, it could be concluded that the quality of the former was better than that of the latter. Therefore, the milk of Red steppe is a kind of high quality milk with high nutritional value.
