阿奇霉素-聚环糊精超分子包合物的制备及表征 被引量:1

Preparation and characterization of inclusion complex of Azithromycin with β-cyclodextrin polymer

摘要 以β-环糊精聚合物(β-cyclodextrin polymer,β-CDP)为主体分子、阿奇霉素(Az)为客体分子,制备了阿奇霉素-聚环糊精超分子包合物(Az-CDP),并通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、X-射线粉末衍射、热重分析、紫外可见吸收光谱等方法进行表征.结果表明,Az-CDP超分子包合物比Az具有更高的水溶性和热稳定性,在生物医药领域将具有良好的应用前景. A new water-soluble inclusion complex of Azithromycin (Az) with β-cyclodextrin polymer (β-CDP) is prepared by a facile strategy and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spec- trometer, 1H NMR spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffractometry, and thermograrimetric analysis. The solubility and thermostability of Azithromycin-cyclodextrin polymer (Az-CDP) are greatly en- hanced due to the water-soluble CDP host. Possibly, the new type of Az-CDP inclusion complex will have a good application prospect in the field of biomedicine.
