摘要
相比地表水库工程而言,地下水库工程是通过人工干预改变地下水补给量或排泄量来调节库容,在水资源战略储备和地下水资源保护等方面均有一定的优势。国内外地下水库工程已有一定数量和规模,但国外建设的地下水库工程广泛地应用了ASR(含水层存储与回用)技术模式,而国内则由于存在成本效益比不清晰、回灌堵塞技术未突破、环境影响不确定、回灌水源不足以及缺少政策法规指导等原因,尚无应用案例。然而,无论是在城市供水和水资源调蓄,还是水质涵养及战略储备上,建设采用ASR技术模式增压回灌的地下水库工程仍具有重要意义,具有较好的发展前景。
Compared to the surface reservoir engineering,underground reservoir engineering regulates the reservoir capacity through artificial intervention into groundwater recharge or discharge,and it has certain advantages in the strategic reserves of water resources and groundwater resources protection.Many underground reservoirs have been constructed in China and other countries,and ASR(Aquifer Storage & Recovery)technology is widely used in the underground reservoir construction of some foreign countries;however,it is not used in China,which is due to that the cost-effectiveness is not clear,recharge plug technology still has limitations,environmental impact is uncertain,recharge water is lacking,and domestic policies and regulations are absent.However,ASR technology has great significance and prospects in the underground reservoir construction from the perspectives of urban water supply,water resources storage,water conservation,and strategic reserves.
