摘要
脑瘫患儿继发髋关节脱位,是继马蹄足后的第二大骨骼肌肉系统损害性疾病,可发展成为疼痛髋及髋关节骨性关节炎,加重脑瘫患儿成年后的残疾程度。如何及时准确地评定股骨头移位情况及综合康复治疗对其发展的意义,本文作一综述。
Hip dislocation is a common secondary musculoskeletal injury inferior to equinus in children with cerebral palsy, which can furtherly turn into painful hip and osteoarthritis of the hip joint, then can increase the degree of disability when children grow into adult age. In this paper, how to evaluate hip displacement in time and the meaning of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment were riviewed.
