基质金属蛋白酶的表达对动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase ,MMP)是一组能够降解细胞外基质的酶类,可以通过加强动脉粥样硬化斑块纤维骨架中胶原降解,影响斑块稳定性。研究认为,急性血管事件的发生与否主要取决于粥样硬化斑块的稳定性,与血管的狭窄程度无直接关系。研究表明,系统和斑块内的炎症介质之间复杂的相互关系调控动脉粥样硬化斑块的成熟、重构和最终破裂。因此,MMP在斑块内水平和活性的评估有助于评价斑块破裂的风险[1]。
