摘要 针对石家庄地铁订单班的"2+1"人才培养主要在以下几个方面进行了实践探索:校企共建专业人才培养方案,实现专业设置与产业需求对接;创新课程体系,完善课程内容,满足课程内容与职业标准对接;以组织和制度作保障,建立校企合作的长效机制,保证教学过程与生产过程对接。校企对接"2+1"人才培养模式的实施,有效促进了教师、学生和企业的观念转变,促进了校企深度合作,加强了师资队伍建设,推动了产教深度融合的现代职业教育的改革,在高职院校人才培养工作中发挥了重要作用。 The "2+1" mode of talent training has been practiced in the Railway Signal and Communication majors of Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technology, and following things have been done in the practice: the school and the enterprise planned the talent training program together to connect the majors setting and the needs of the enterprise. The curriculum system and the contents have been perfected to meet the requirements of the occupation standard; A long- term cooperation has been established to ensure the connection between the teaching process and the production process. The application of the "2+1" mode of talent training has transformed the ideas of teachers, students and enterprises and promoted the deep cooperation between the school and the enterprise. It also enhanced the construction of the teaching staff and boosted the modern occupation education reform of the deep integration of production and teaching, thus playing an important role in the talent training of higher vocational colleges.
