摘要
顶岗实习作为学生修完在校学分后将校内所学理论知识转化为实际工作能力的重要过程,各高职院校对此都非常重视并做了大量工作,但对于顶岗实习过程的监督和实习效果的考核,对于学校和企业来说依然是一个难点。文章从高职院校学生顶岗实习多元化监控体系建设角度入手探讨顶岗实习过程的监督和效果的评价问题。
Field work practice is an important process in students turning what they have learned at school into practical abilities after finishing their study at school. Every higher vocational college attaches great importance to this and has done a lot of work. But the supervision of the process and the evaluation of effect of this practice is difficult for both schools and enterprises. The paper discusses the supervision and evaluation of effect in the field work practice from the establishment of diversified monitoring system of field work practice of college students.
