Optimization of Extraction Condition of Naringin Using Response Surface Methodology

摘要 采用超声波提取法从成熟鲜柚皮中提取柚皮苷,运用响应面法优化柚皮苷提取条件。考察料液比、提取时间、乙醇浓度等因素对柚皮苷提取率的影响。响应面实验结果表明:柚皮苷超声波提取的最佳条件为料液比1∶35,乙醇浓度65%,提取时间60 min,此工艺条件下所得柚皮苷得率为6.26%。 The naringin is extracted from mature grapefruit with the method of ultrasonic extraction,the extraction condition of naringin is optimized by the Response Surface Methodology.The effects of material liquid ratio,extraction time,ethanol concentration on the extraction rate of naringin are investigated.The response surface experimental results show that the optimum conditions of ultrasonic extraction of naringin are at a material liquid ratio of 1∶ 35,65% ethanol concentration and the extraction time of 60 min,under such process conditions,the naringin yield is 6.26%.
