摘要
四川盆地侏罗系前期钻井整体机械钻速较低,为了实现快速钻井,节约钻井成本,根据侏罗系地层的岩石特性,开展了PDC钻头优化设计和公117H井现场试验,结果表明,研制的215.9 mm PDC钻头单只进尺达到1 335 m,直井段平均机械钻速为12.7 m/h,较常规PDC钻头提高了71.4%,定向段平均机械钻速3.18 m/h,是常规PDC钻头的2.76倍;152.4 mm PDC钻头,在水平井段,单只进尺218 m,平均机械钻速3.8 m/h,达到国外哈里伯顿PDC钻头的性能指标。研制的两种型号钻头均达到提速目的,为侏罗系地层优快钻井提供了有力的技术支持。
The ROP in early Jurassic of Sichuan basin is relatively low than other systems. In order to improve ROP and save drilling cost,based on the rock properties of Jurassic formation,PDC bit was optimized,and tested in Gong- 117 H to verify its effect. The results showed that: 216mm CAS5193 PDC bit's maximum footage in a single bit reached 1335 m with average ROP of 12. 7m /h in vertical well section,ROP was increased by71. 4% than a common bit; with average ROP of 3. 18 m /h in horizontal well section,2. 76 times higher than a common bit.The maximum footage of a single 152mm CBM6134 U PDC bit reached 218 m with average ROP of 3. 8m /h which reached the performance of Halliburton's bit. The effects of improving ROP on two new designed bits were obvious,it provided technicalsupport for drilling in early Jurassic.
