环保型黄铜拉链钝化液的开发与应用 被引量:2

摘要 开发了一种适用于黑齿、金齿和银齿黄铜拉链的高效钝化液。该钝化液以2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑(AMT)为主,并添加少量硝酸铈和钒酸钠作为成膜助剂。采用正交试验法对AMT、硝酸铈和钒酸钠用量进行优化,获得的最佳配方为:AMT0.5 g/L,硝酸铈0.5 g/L,钒酸钠1.0 g/L,乙醇5.0 g/L。研究了钝化时间和温度对钝化效果的影响,得到最佳温度为30°C,时间为2 min。这种钝化液稳定,成分简单,操作简单,安全,污染少,是一种较理想的黄铜拉链防变色钝化液。 A highly efficient passivation solution for black, golden, and silver bass zippers was developed. The passivation solution is mainly composed of 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiiodiazole(AMT) with a small amount of cerium(Ⅲ) nitrate and sodium vanadate as film-forming additive. The contents of AMT, cerium(III) nitrate, and sodium vanadate were optimized by orthogonal test. The optimal formulation was obtained as follows: AMT 0.5 g/L, cerium(III) nitrate 0.5 g/L, sodium vanadate 1.0 g/L, and ethanol 5.0 g/L. The effects of temperature and time on passivation were studied. The optimal operation conditions are temperature 30 °C and time 2 min. The passivation solution is stable, simple in composition, easy to operation, and safe, and has less pollution, being suitable for anti-tarnish treatment of brass zippers.
