摘要
图书馆作为培育和检验学风的重要场所,已经逐渐参与到高校学风建设体系中来。然而,图书馆抢占座位现象愈演愈烈,成为许多高校图书馆管理的一大掣肘。因此,高校图书馆要遵循刚柔相济的原则,从环境改善、制度建设、技术创新、纪律教育等多方面来构建图书馆座位管理体系,从而使高校图书馆座位资源得到充分利用。
As an important place for nurturing and testing learning style,the library has gradually been involved in the system of college learning style construction.However,the phenomenon of occup-ying seats keeps occurring,which has become a chief handicap to modern library management.There-fore,the college library should follow the principle of the temper force with mercy,to set up library seats management system from the environment improvement,system construction,technological inno-vation,discipline and other aspects so as to make full use of the seat resources in college library.
